I have been a natural mentor and coach helping my teams navigate through their career challenges and come out stronger. I have got a lot out of this, helping leaders and teams move to a new future, and delivering success.
I found my purpose of becoming a coach through my career as a people and change management consultant. This is another avenue where I get to support individuals performing at their best - or even better!
