I have always loved unlocking people's power and potential. My passion is understanding how or why we work in certain ways, and supporting people through different challenges. I have been a natural mentor and coach helping my teams navigate through their career challenges and come out stronger. I have got a lot out of this, helping leaders and teams move to a new future, and delivering success.
I found my purpose of becoming a coach through my career as a people and change management consultant. This is another avenue where I get to support individuals performing at their best - or even better!
I am a career coach who works with individuals who want to find what really lights them up and take the jump to make the change. We are all leaders in our own lives and I help you step into that role and take control of your career direction. Empowering leaders to fulfil their passions in their lives is my goal.

I found coaching early on in my career. I worked with a coach to develop myself and career, and become the leader I am today. That first conversation with my coach I knew I was going to be a coach myself one day.

I completed the rigorous Coach Training Program which includes both instruction and practice hours, and completed a practical exam in line with approved International Coaching Federation (ICF) requirements. I have the knowledge and skill using iPEC's proprietary method of Core Energy Coaching™. I am skilled in core coaching competencies outlined by the ICF.
Energy Leader
Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) issued by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I completed the training necessary to coach and debrief clients utilising the ELI proprietary tool. I am skilled in the analysis and interpretation of the ELI Assessment data and have helped my clients uncover opportunities for deeper awareness, performance, and growth.

ICF-credentialed coaches are professionals who have met stringent education and experience requirements. They have demonstrated a thorough understanding of standard coaching competencies in the profession. Additionally, they adhere to strict ethical guidelines as part of ICF’s mission to protect and serve coaching consumers.

I have over 12 years experience focusing on transformation and change from strategy to execution in a consulting environment. I lead global projects partnering with teams and senior leadership.
I make change happen in the most challenging situations, when a lot is going on for my clients and their teams. I do this alongside empowering my own teams to stretch themselves and develop in their careers.
Working on myself
The best coaches also get coaching. That is why I get coaching and continue to push myself to unlock even more. I'm a bit of a self-development junkie, constantly working on myself.
